Chartered Wealth Strategist
The academy's flagship. Six months, one cohort a year, built for advisors who intend to lead a practice rather than work in one. Admission is by interview.
Graduates can design a wealth practice: its client proposition, its advice standards, its review cycle and its economics.
Who this is for: Senior advisors, practice heads and those being groomed to lead a wealth business.

Writing the rules your team advises by, and the review process that enforces them.
- 03
Advanced portfolio strategy
Mandate design across market regimes, with capital market assumptions you can defend.

When a family needs one, what it costs, and what a bank can and cannot provide.
- 05
Regulation and fiduciary posture
Building a practice that survives a regulatory review and a bad market at once.
- 06
Leading advisors
Hiring, supervising, coaching and removing advisors, and the file review that catches problems early.
- 07
Strategy project
A full practice blueprint presented to a panel of practitioners.
What it expects from you
- At least eight years in wealth management, private banking or advisory
- An admissions interview with the programme director
- A short written statement on the practice you intend to build
Built for
- practice heads and future practice heads
- senior advisors with eight or more years of experience
- candidates who want to lead rather than specialise further
This level is not for: advisors with fewer than eight years of experience, candidates looking for a technical certification, anyone who cannot commit six months. If that sounds like you, the assistant will say so rather than take your application.
